DARIF&lt;br /&gt;izyanliyana.mdarif@kosmo.com.my&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;Bermula sebagai individu yang langsung tidak pernah mengenali komputer dan teknologi maklumat (IT), Idrus kini boleh berbangga kerana menjadi salah seorang peneraju dalam bidang ilmu tersebut. &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;img src="http://www.kosmo.com.my/kosmo/pix/2009/1209/Kosmo/Rencana_Utama/ru_01.1.jpg" color="black" vspace="5" width="375" border="1" height="312" hspace="5" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;div class="caption"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;hr size="1" noshade="noshade"&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;p&gt;SEBAIK saja membuka surat yang dihantar oleh posmen sebentar tadi, wajahnya pucat dan kaget. Fikirannya sedikit bercelaru. Isi kandungan surat itu menyatakan bahawa dia terpaksa berhadapan dengan perkara yang tidak pernah dilakukan sehingga usianya mencecah 18 tahun.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Terkejut dan tidak tahu nak buat apa. Surat daripada Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) berkenaan menyatakan saya bakal menerima biasiswa untuk melanjutkan pengajian di Amerika Syarikat (AS) dalam bidang Sains Komputer. Sejak kecil saya tidak pernah kenal, apatah lagi menyentuh komputer. Jadi mana mungkin saya boleh mendalami bidang itu dengan baik. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Pada asalnya cita-cita saya ingin menjadi doktor. Namun kerana takutkan serangga akhirnya saya memohon bidang akaun. Kerana terlalu minat pada bidang perniagaan, jadi saya fikir jurusan akaun adalah pilihan yang tepat," ujar Idrus. Dia pada awalnya bingung kerana perlu mendalami bidang sains komputer yang cukup asing buat dirinya.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Mahu ditolak terasa sayang, tetapi khuatir pula untuk menerimanya. Bidang itu mungkin tidak menjamin masa depan yang cerah, memandangkan bidang Sains Komputer belum popular dan menawarkan banyak kerja di Malaysia. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Namun apabila memikirkannya kembali Idrus menyifatkan adalah suatu yang merugikan sekiranya dia menolak peluang keemasan itu tanpa mencubanya terlebih dahulu.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Keresahannya semakin memuncak saat melangkahkan kaki ke Universiti Evansville, Indiana, AS pada tahun 1983. Gedung ilmu itu memerlukan ketahanan mental dan fizikal supaya dia dapat menguasai dunia komputer dengan cepat, setaraf dengan pelajar AS yang sedikit sebanyak sudah mengenali 'personaliti' komputer.&lt;/p&gt;"Keputusan peperiksaan semester pertama cukup menyedihkan. Ini kerana terlalu banyak ilmu yang perlu dipelajari dalam masa yang singkat. Dari segi menggali erti teknologi maklumat (IT) dan belajar mengendalikan komputer. Cabaran yang dihadapi cukup hebat dan lebih mendukacitakan saya ketika itu masih terkial-kial belajar menaip.  &lt;p&gt;"Bersyukur kepada Tuhan kerana memberikan kekuatan, semangat juang yang tinggi, cepat belajar dan pemikiran yang analitikal," tutur Idrus ketika ditemui &lt;i&gt;Kosmo!&lt;/i&gt;, baru-baru ini. Dia juga mengakui sudah mahir menaip dan memahami selok-belok komputer ketika pengajiannya menginjak ke semester dua.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Lebih mengujakan apabila selangkah demi selangkah dia berjaya menguasai ilmu IT yang sememangnya menjadi gerbang kepada jutaan informasi berguna. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Itulah antara cebisan kisah Datuk Idrus Mohd. Satha, 44, individu yang bertanggungjawab membuka pusat latihan dan Pendidikan Teknologi Maklumat Cosmopoint sekitar tahun 1991. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Berkat kesungguhan dalam menjana sistem pendidikan teknologi maklumat, selain berjaya melahirkan graduan terbaik, akhirnya pada September 2006, pusat latihan itu dianugerahkan status kolej universiti yang kini dikenali sebagai Kolej Universiti Antarabangsa Cosmopoint (CICT).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Cosmopoint yang pada mulanya berpangkalan di Jalan Silang, Kuala Lumpur pada tahun 1991, kini sudah berpindah ke bangunan yang lebih besar dan selesa. Lokasi terbaru Cosmopoint yang berdiri gah di Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur, membuktikan mereka cukup bersedia memberikan pendidikan dan memacu para pelajar untuk bergelar graduan terbaik.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Menganalisis kontrak &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Lebih membanggakan CICT yang sudah mempunyai 13 buah cawangan di seluruh negara, muncul pula dengan produk terbaru, Universiti Kolej Metropolitan Kuala Lumpur (KLMU). Ia terletak di ibu kota dan bakal menjadi pusat latihan dan pendidikan swasta terbesar di Malaysia.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Menyelak dunia IT di AS, Idrus memberitahu ia satu pengalaman yang sukar diterjemah dengan kata-kata. Mengakui rupa-rupanya dunia sains komputer bukan sekadar menghidangkan ilmu IT. Malah pada masa yang sama memberi peluang kepada penuntut untuk mempelajari rangkaian IT, komputer, perisian komputer, hal ehwal perniagaan dan pemasaran.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Ini bermakna impian Idrus untuk bergelar usahawan bakal terlaksana kerana jurusan yang dipelajarinya turut merangkumi bidang perniagaan. Hari demi hari minatnya pada bidang IT kian bertambah. Kebolehannya menganalisis sistem telah memberinya peluang berkhidmat dengan seorang ahli perniagaan rakyat AS di sana.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Setiap hari tepat pukul 9 malam selepas pulang dari kerja di sebuah restoran Cina, Idrus bergegas ke rumah ahli perniagaan tersebut. Tugasnya menganalisis setiap kontrak yang diterima oleh usahawan tersebut dan mengendalikan hal berkaitan program IT.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Walaupun menerima wang biasiswa, Idrus enggan bergantung sepenuhnya pada wang itu. Sebaliknya, dia sanggup memerah keringat dengan melakukan bermacam-macam kerja sambilan seperti penghantar piza dan menawarkan khidmat menaip kertas kerja dan nota kepada pelajar-pelajar kolej. Setiap helai kertas dicaj RM1.50.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;img src="http://www.kosmo.com.my/kosmo/pix/2009/1209/Kosmo/Rencana_Utama/ru_01.3.jpg" color="black" vspace="5" width="375" border="1" height="255" hspace="5" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;div class="caption"&gt;IDRUS yakin bidang IT mampu menjamin masa depan yang cerah kepada para graduannya. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;hr size="1" noshade="noshade"&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Berfikiran analitikal &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Lebih menarik lagi pada setiap hujung minggu bapa kepada dua orang cahaya mata, Nadeem Shah, 9 dan Fardeen Shah, 5, itu sanggup memandu selama enam jam ke Chicago dari Indiana. Tujuannya untuk mendapatkan bekalan daging dan ayam halal untuk dijual kepada penduduk Islam di kawasan rumahnya.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Kegigihan dan ketekunannya belajar sambil bekerja akhirnya membuahkan hasil yang cukup lumayan. Pada tahun 1987, Idrus berjaya menggenggam segulung ijazah yang selama ini diusahakan. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Tempoh empat tahun bergelumang dengan IT, membuatkan Idrus melanjutkan pengajian pada peringkat Sarjana Sistem Informasi sehingga tahun 1989.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"IT mengajar saya supaya berfikiran analitikal. Sebab itulah sebaik sahaja pulang dari AS, saya diterima bekerja sebagai penganalisis sistem di sebuah syarikat minyak dan gas milik AS. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Pada waktu itu, kebanyakan syarikat AS hanya mengupah graduan kelulusan universiti AS saja. Biarpun memperoleh gaji lumayan hati lebih cenderung kepada bidang pendidikan IT.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Saya ingin mendidik orang ramai mengenai IT kerana menerusinya (IT) segala-galanya dapat diatasi dan dilakukan. Lebih-lebih lagi, dunia pada waktu itu sedang menuju ke arah kecanggihan teknologi dan moden. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Akhirnya, impian itu dapat direalisasikan apabila kolej swasta yang adik saya belajar memerlukan tenaga pengajar dalam bidang berkenaan. Jadi saya bekerja sebagai pensyarah IT separuh masa," terang Idrus yang ingin terus kekal dalam bidang IT sejak menjawat jawatan sebagai pensyarah.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Seronok mengajar&lt;/b&gt; &lt;p&gt;Impiannya sekali lagi menjadi kenyataan apabila seorang rakannya setuju melabur dan bekerjasama untuk membeli pusat latihan komputer (kini Cosmopoint) di Jalan Silang, Kuala Lumpur yang dijual pada harga RM20,000.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Sebelah pagi saya bertugas sebagai penganalisis sistem. Manakala sebelah malam pula mengajar di pusat latihan yang dihadiri oleh 10 pelajar sahaja. Pada siang harinya, operasi pusat latihan diuruskan oleh tiga orang kakitangan. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Keseronokan mengajar semakin bertambah apabila bilangan pelajar menunjukkan peningkatan yang memberangsangkan. Clearly they are improving their health and their lives in so many other important ways, but the one number makes tracking easy.  Likewise, in business we should use metrics that are easy, clear, and memorable.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2:  success requires both mental and physical strength&lt;/strong&gt; – the most successful contestants are those who are mentally tough enough to withstand the politics and emotions of the show, as well as physically strong enough to compete in the challenges.  In business, I think mental strength is strategy and physical strength is execution; we need both.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3:  don’t get distracted from the goal&lt;/strong&gt; – some contestants make the mistake of emphasizing winning a particular challenge just because they want to beat the others, when they should instead be focused on the end result which is weight loss.  It’s just as easy for us businesspeople to get distracted by small issues or fads or personal agendas.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4:  the tortoise always beats the hare&lt;/strong&gt; — time and again, taking a steady and sure approach in the challenges wins over starting strong and then flaming out.  In business, consistency and the wise use of all of our resources ensures we cross the finish line too.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5:  excel at what you can control&lt;/strong&gt; – when competing, it’s tempting to fixate on what the competition is or isn’t doing.  Problem is, we can’t control what others do.  Our competitive strategy should be grounded in focusing on our own excellence and playing to our strengths first.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6:  be prepared&lt;/strong&gt; – like most shows, The Biggest Loser surprises the contestants with challenges at random times.  Likewise, we never know when our businesses will be tested by customers, competitors, or even market conditions.  We should always have our game on and never think that something we do won’t get noticed or won’t matter.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7:  up your game&lt;/strong&gt; – just as our bodies get used to exercising over time and so they need increasingly harder workouts, business needs innovation and continuous improvement.  How many companies have lost important ground while they were resting on the laurels of their last successful new product?&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8:  ask for help&lt;/strong&gt; – the contestants who sought out extra support from the trainers and their friends seemed to have more success.  Likewise, collaboration and partnerships are important to businesses now more than ever.  Companies that try to go at it alone miss out on the resources, ideas, and support that business partners, customers, and even competitors can provide.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9: test your limits&lt;/strong&gt; — we won’t know what’s possible until we do.  Some contestants pushed themselves beyond what they perceived their limits to be and were able to do things they never thought they could.  Businesses should also challenge the past. Berikut adalah maklumat yang saya peroleh daripada beliau:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Apabila eksekutif-eksekutif jualan PTS pergi ke kedai-kedai buku, mereka tidak menjual buku-buku PTS secara &lt;em&gt;direct&lt;/em&gt; kepada pekedai. Maksudnya, mereka tidak pergi berjumpa pekedai dengan niat mahu mengambil order (pesanan) buku-buku apa yang pekedai mahu, ataupun terus menunjukkan buku-buku yang baru terbit kepada pekedai supaya mereka order buku-buku itu.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Salesman tradisional pergi ke kedai buku hanya dengan satu tujuan, yakni mengambil order dan mengutip hutang. Ada pula salesman yang pergi dengan membawa stok buku dan meninggalkan buku itu di kedai, dan membiarkan kakitangan kedai membuat apa yang patut dengan buku-buku itu. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cara menjual buku seperti itu tidak digemari oleh pekedai buku dan kakitangan mereka. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Eksekutif jualan PTS pergi ke kedai buku sekurang-kurangnya sekali setiap bulan, dengan objektif mahu memberikan khidmat pelanggan kepada kedai-kedai itu. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Apabila mereka tiba sahaja di kedai buku, mereka akan bertanya kepada pekedai dan juga kakitangan kedai itu apa yang mereka dapat bantu. Mereka juga bertanya bagaimana bisnes mereka, dan apa yang dapat dibantu oleh PTS. Pada masa itulah pekedai akan memberitahu jika ada perkara-perkara yang tidak memuaskan hati mereka. Semua rungutan itu dicatat dan disampaikan kepada jabatan-jabatan yang berkaitan di PTS supaya diperbaiki.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ada kalanya kedai buku meminta PTS menerbitkan judul-judul yang mereka mahukan sebab pelanggan mereka datang mencari buku-buku seperti itu. Maklumat tersebut juga dicatat dan dimaklumkan kepada jabatan editorial. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Kedai buku memerlukan maklumat tentang industri buku. Justeru eksekutif PTS akan memberitahu maklumat-maklumat terkini yang mereka ketahui, sebagai contoh trend-trend jualan buku di kedai-kedai lain ataupun di bandar-bandar lain.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Eksekutif PTS juga memberi maklumat judul-judul yang sedang laku keras dalam pasaran, termasuklah judul-judul terbitan syarikat-syarikat lain.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mereka juga membantu mengemaskan susunan buku-buku PTS di rak sambil mencatat judul-judul yang sudah habis, dan yang tinggal sedikit. JIka mereka membawa stok buku, mereka membantu kedai dengan menyusun sendiri buku-buku itu di rak yang betul. Ini meringankan beban kerja kakitangan kedai buku itu. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Selain daripada itu mereka memberi nasihat kepada pekedai tentang judul-judul buku PTS yang sudah boleh dipulangkan semula kepada PTS sebab nampaknya jualan buku-buku itu tidak bagus. As a race, humans naturally share stories of their experiences, thereby multiplying those experiences. When we find ourselves in a situation that mirrors a story we've been told we feel more comfortable with it and less fearful of the unknown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The very best and most memorable ideas in history manage to employ all 6 of these qualities, and the more you can get in your ideas the better. (LCPSB) penerbit filem animasi &lt;i&gt;Geng Pengembaraan Bermula (Geng)&lt;/i&gt; merupakan syarikat produksi tempatan yang aktif termasuklah menerbitkan siri animasi &lt;i&gt;Upin &amp;amp; Ipin&lt;/i&gt; untuk siaran saluran televisyen (TV) di TV9.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Syarikat produksi yang diterajui oleh Pengarah Urusannya, Burhanuddin Md. Radzi berkata, penubuhan LCPSB bertujuan memenuhi permintaan bagi menerbitkan filem-filem animasi tempatan yang amat sedikit sekali bilangannya.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Justeru, beliau tidak menganggap penubuhan satu lagi syarikat penerbitan animasi tempatan, Animonsta Studios sebagai pesaing LCPSB kerana bidang animasi di negara ini mempunyai prospek yang luas untuk diterokai.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Saya terbitkan filem animasi atau siri TV bukannya untuk bersaing dengan sesiapa. Ini kerana kalau produk yang kita hasilkan itu bagus orang akan tonton juga. Setakat ini pun kita masih lagi kekurangan filem-filem animasi.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Lagi ramai orang terbitkan filem animasi lagi bagus kerana daripada situ akan terhasil produk-produk yang berkualiti. Penerbit filem bukan macam kontraktor yang terpaksa bersaing untuk mendapatkan projek atau tender.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Sesiapa juga boleh buat filem animasi. Tidak timbul soal persaingan kerana setiap orang ada cara mereka masing-masing. Sebabnya, banyak lagi pasaran filem animasi yang kita boleh terokai bersama-sama pada masa depan" katanya kepada &lt;i&gt;Hits &lt;/i&gt;baru-baru ini.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Burhanuddin menyangkal telahan sesetengah pihak mengatakan LCPSB kini bersaing dengan Animonsta Studios di mana tenaga kerjanya merupakan bekas tonggak penting yang pernah menghasilkan &lt;i&gt;Geng&lt;/i&gt; dan &lt;i&gt;Upin &amp;amp; Ipin&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Beliau tidak menafikan pada peringkat awal operasi LCPSB sedikit terjejas apabila lapan bekas kakitangannya seperti Mohd. Nizam Abd. Razak, Mohd. Safwan Ab. Karim dan Muhammad Anas Abdul Aziz menarik diri dan menubuhkan syarikat produksi tersebut.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Pada peringkat awal operasi produksi LCPSB terjejas tetapi selepas seminggu ia kembali normal. Di LCPSB kami tidak bergantung pada seseorang sahaja tetapi kalau ada apa-apa berlaku, kita ada orang lain untuk ambil alih.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Selain itu, pada masa sama kita juga akan melatih muka-muka baru dan mewujudkan pasukan-pasukan yang berbeza untuk menerbitkan produk-produk kita yang lain pada masa depan.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Apatah lagi dengan hampir 80 kakitangan yang ada di LCPSB kami yakin operasi penerbitan animasi di syarikat ini akan tetap berjalan seperti biasa.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Contohnya kami ada dua penulis skrip yang baru. Salah seorang daripada mereka ialah Ida Azhar yang pernah meminjamkan suaranya untuk watak Ros dalam filem &lt;i&gt;Geng&lt;/i&gt;," ujarnya.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Difahamkan Mohd. Nizam yang merupakan bekas pengarah &lt;i&gt;Geng&lt;/i&gt; bersama rakan-rakannya yang lain telah keluar daripada LCPSB baru-baru ini dan menubuhkan &lt;a href="http://www.animonsta.com/"&gt;Animonsta Studios&lt;/a&gt; di mana ketika ini mereka sedang menyiapkan animasi berjudul &lt;i&gt;Boboiboy.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Jelas Burhanuddin, buat masa ini LCPSB sedang menyiapkan siri TV &lt;i&gt;Upin &amp;amp; Ipin&lt;/i&gt; musim ketiga yang mempunyai 42 episod untuk ditayangkan di TV9 di mana ia dijangka akan dapat disiapkan selewat-lewatnya pada penghujung Disember ini.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Di samping itu, katanya siri &lt;i&gt;Upin &amp;amp; Ipin&lt;/i&gt; yang kini sedang ditayangkan di stesen TV TPI di Indonesia pula telah meraih jumlah penonton yang sangat memberangsangkan sejak ia ditayangkan di sana Februari lalu.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"Setakat ini sudah hampir 30 episod siri TV &lt;i&gt;Upin &amp;amp; Ipin&lt;/i&gt; ditayangkan di stesen TPI. Saya difahamkan hampir 10.5 juta penonton menontonnya setiap kali ia ditayangkan di sana. Nizam Abdul Razak atau Nizam kini muncul dengan produk animasi terbarunya, Boboiboy. &lt;p&gt;Jika Upin &amp;amp; Ipin sehingga kini kekal dengan konsep 1Malaysia, Boboiboy pula mengetengahkan animasi tiga dimensi (3D) superhero berwajah tempatan.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Dulu ramai yang terpegun dengan hasil kerja yang dilakukan Nizam dan rakan-rakannya dalam menterjemah animasi Upin &amp;amp; Ipin sehingga berjaya diangkat ke layar perak.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Maka, tidak mustahil jika lebih ramai yang akan teruja menanti buah tangan terbaru mereka yang lebih segar dan menarik itu.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Bezanya kali ini, Boboiboy merupakan produk sulung milik syarikat Animonsta Studios yang diterajui oleh Nizam serta dua rakan kongsinya, Mohd Safwan Ab. Karim (Safwan) dan Muhammad Anas Abdul Aziz (Anas).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Dijangka bakal mencipta satu lagi fenomena terbaru ‘dunia’ interaktif tempatan, produk tersebut tidak mustahil mampu membawa kelainan dalam perkembangan profil dan penghasilan animasi tempatan.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Bertemu Nizam, Safwan dan Anas baru-baru ini, masing-masing rancak bercerita perihal siri projek animasi itu yang dijangka menemui peminat di kaca televisyen pada tahun depan.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Siri tersebut bakal disiarkan selama 26 episod di mana setiap satunya dengan durasi selama 11 minit.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Ketika ini, kami masih dalam peringkat perbincangan. Watak-watak yang bakal memainkan peranan penting dalam siri ini sudah ada dan minggu ini kami akan cuba menyiapkan kesemua karakter itu.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Berbanding animasi Upin &amp;amp; Ipin, dalam Boboiboy kami ingin berkongsi banyak pengetahuan. Ditambah dengan pengunaan pelbagai gajet, secara tidak langsung ia dapat menimbulkan pelbagai perasaan kepada yang menontonnya nanti.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Bagi kami yang penting ialah penyampaian. Kalau boleh kami ingin mencipta satu lagi ‘ikon’ untuk kanak-kanak di negara ini,” kata Nizam mewakili rakan-rakannya.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Apa yang menarik dalam Boboiboy ialah beberapa daya tarikan yang terkandung meliputi karakter superhero Bo, Boi dan Boy, nilai-nilai murni, karakter makhluk asing (alien) dan juga unsur futuristik di sekitar ibu kota.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Ringkasnya mengenai animasi tersebut, ia memaparkan karakter utama iaitu seorang kanak-kanak bernama Boboiboy dan dibantu oleh beberapa karakter tambahan seperti Gopal, Ying, Yaya. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Dalam usaha menyalur bantuan kepada orang ramai, Boboiboy akan terpisah kepada tiga orang iaitu Bo, Boi dan Boy yang mempunyai tiga kuasa berbeza termasuk tanah, angin dan petir. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Turut diwujudkan ialah karakter makhluk asing yang membawa pulang biji kopi ke planetnya, namun kerana aroma dan rasa kopi yang begitu sedap, seluruh kroni makhluk asing itu sanggup turun ke bumi semata-mata untuk mendapatkan kopi tersebut.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Secara ringkasnya juga, Gopal iaitu karakter budak India yang mempunyai kuasa menukar sesuatu barang kepada barang yang lain. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Ying karakter budak Cina yang mempunyai kuasa yang membolehkannya bergerak pantas berbanding rakan-rakannya yang lain. Sementara itu, Yaya pula merupakan karakter kanak-kanak perempuan comel yang bertudung.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Boboiboy bukan saingi Upin &amp;amp; Ipin&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Biarpun pernah menyertai Les’ Copaque Productions Sdn. Bhd. (LCPSB) dalam membangunkan animasi Upin &amp;amp; Ipin tetapi kata Nizam, kemunculan animasi Boboiboy bukanlah bertujuan untuk bersaing.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Nizam, Anas, Safwan serta lima lagi kakitangan LCPSB yang lain membuat keputusan keluar daripada syarikat tersebut pada September lalu demi mencari ‘tapak’ dalam mengembangkan lagi bakat mereka dalam dunia animasi tempatan.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Setelah bersengkang mata hampir sebulan akhirnya idea untuk melahirkan Boboiboy hampir menjadi kenyataan.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Kami tiada sebarang masalah dengan LCPSB. Malah, selama ini haji (Pengarah Urusan LCPSB, Burhanuddin Md. Radzi) telah banyak membantu kami dan memberi tunjuk ajar sepanjang penglibatan kami menghasilkan Upin &amp;amp; Ipin.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Kami keluar dari LCPSB pun sebab kami ingin mencuba sesuatu yang baru. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Terus terang, kami memang sayang kepada karakter Upin &amp;amp; Ipin tetapi rasanya tidak salah jika kebolehan yang ada kami pelbagaikan demi memeriahkan lagi industri animasi tempatan sebab pulangannya nanti kepada penonton juga.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Kita perlu mengikut peredaran masa. Mungkin ini juga rezeki buat kami. Sebab itu kami perlu berani mencuba sebab bagi kami lebih banyak pelopor dalam industri animasi lebih baik untuk industri ini,” kata Nizam yang juga Pengarah Urusan Animonsta Studios.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Menurut Nizam dalam industri kreatif tidak wujud persaingan yang terlalu besar kerana segalanya bergantung kepada penerimaan penonton.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Bagaimanapun, melihat kepada jalan cerita dan pelbagai kelainan yang ada pada Boboiboy, mungkinkah ia bakal ‘menelan’ populariti serta fenomena yang pernah dicetuskan oleh Upin &amp;amp; Ipin?&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Saya tidak rasa kehadiran Boboiboy akan mengganggu perjalanan Upin &amp;amp; Ipin. Ini kerana, jenama Upin &amp;amp; ipin itu sendiri sehingga kini begitu kuat. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“Saya rasa LCPSB pun ada strategi mereka sendiri dan dengan 70 orang kakitangan yang LCPSB ada, saya percaya mereka mampu mengekalkan apa yang Upin &amp;amp; Ipin ada kini untuk masa akan datang,” kata Nizam lagi.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Menurut Nizam lagi, sambutan terhadap Boboiboy menggalakkan apabila terdapat beberapa stesen penyiaran tempatan dan antarabangsa yang bertanyakan tentang produk tersebut.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Malah, beberapa agensi kerajaan termasuk Pusat Kandungan Kreatif Multimedia Malaysia (MAC3) di bawah Perbadanan Pembangunan Multimedia (MDeC), membekalkan beberapa perisian untuk kemudahan mereka menghasilkan Boboiboy.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Bukan itu sahaja mereka juga mendapat kerjasama daripada sebuah lagi agensi, Cradle Fund Sdn. Apabila kamu menjalankan sesuatu urusan dengan hutang piutang yang diberi tempoh hingga ke suatu masa yang tertentu, maka hendaklah kamu menulis (hutang dan masa bayarannya) itu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dan hendaklah seorang penulis di antara kamu menulisnya dengan adil (benar). Dan janganlah seseorang penulis enggan menulis sebagaimana Allah telah mengajarkannya. Oleh itu, hendaklah ia menulis dan hendaklah orang yang berhutang itu merencanakan (isi surat hutang itu dengan jelas). Dan hendaklah ia bertaqwa kepada Allah Tuhannya, dan janganlah ia mengurangkan sesuatu pun dari hutang itu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian jika orang yang berhutang itu bodoh atau lemah atau ia sendiri tidak dapat hendak merencanakan (isi surat itu), maka hendaklah di rencanakan oleh walinya dengan adil (benar) dan hendaklah kamu mengadakan dua orang saksi lelaki dari kalangan kamu. Kemudian kalau tidak ada saksi dua orang lelaki, maka bolehlah, seorang lelaki dan dua orang perempuan dari orang-orang yang kamu setujui menjadi saksi, supaya jika yang seorang lupa dari saksi-saksi perempuan yang berdua itu maka dapat diingatkan oleh yang seorang lagi. Dan janganlah saksi-saksi itu enggan apabila mereka dipanggil menjadi saksi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dan janganlah kamu jemu menulis perkara hutang yang bertempoh masanya itu, sama ada kecil atau besar jumlahnya. Terimakasih &lt;a href="http://universitipts.com/index.php/siapa_ainon_mohd/"&gt;Puan Ainon&lt;/a&gt; kerana berkongsi ilmu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;a style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);" href="http://universitipts.com/index.php/site/comments/pts_mengamalkan_perkongsian_komisen_jualan_ikut_cara_nabi_muhammad/"&gt;PTS Mengamalkan Perkongsian Komisen Jualan Ikut Cara Nabi Muhammad&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sesiapa yang pernah datang ke pejabat PTS akan perasan suatu perkara: Yakni, suasana kerja di PTS yang menunjukkan TimPTS masing-masing sedang tekun bekerja, tetapi tidak pula kelihatan mereka sedang stress.&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ada seorang pelawat pernah berkata kepada saya, katanya, "Orang PTS bekerja rajin macam dalam syarikat Cina!" Lalu beliau bertanya apakah rahsianya maka staf Melayu dalam syarikat Melayu tetapi tingkah laku kerja mereka macam Cina.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;PTS mengamalkan beberapa prinsip pengurusan syarikat yang betul-betul meniru apa yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Muhammad. Salah satu prinsip itu adalah prinsip perkongsian hasil keuntungan.  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Berniaga adalah ibarat berperang. Lembaga pengarah PTS bersetuju supaya PTS mengamalkan cara perkongsian keuntungan dengan meniru bagaimana Nabi Muhammad berkongsi harta rampasan perang, istilah Arabnya &lt;em&gt;ghanimah&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Apabila Nabi Muhammad membahagi-bahagikan ghanimah, semua orang yang ikut dalam pasukan perang mendapat bahagiannya daripada ghanimah itu. SEMUA.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Di PTS, 'ghanimah' PTS adalah duit hasil jualan buku-bukunya. Setiap bulan, semua TimPTS (yang sudah ditetapkan dalam jawatan) menerima komisen, tanpa kekecualian. SEMUA.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Nabi Muhammad memberikan porsi (&lt;em&gt;portion&lt;/em&gt;) yang berbeda kepada anggota tenteranya, yakni (i) tentera berkuda, yang menerima porsi paling besar, (ii) tentera pemanah, yang menerima porsi kedua terbesar, dan (iii) tentera berjalan kaki, yang menerima porsi ketiga terbesar.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Di PTS, semua TimPTS dibahagikan kepada:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; (i) Tentera berkuda PTS, yakni mereka yang di barisan paling hadapan, yakni yang akan mati dahulu (contohnya pegawai Jabatan Sales PTS, kalau jualan rendah, mereka ditanya dulu).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(ii) Tentera pemanah PTS, yakni mereka yang di barisan pertahanan (contohnya pegawai Jabatan Editorial PTS, kalau buku tidak cantik dan tidak memenuhi kehendak pasaran, mereka ditanya kemudian).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(iii) Tentera berjalan kaki PTS, yakni mereka yang melakukan &lt;em&gt;flanking&lt;/em&gt; dan logistik (contohnya petugas &lt;em&gt;warehouse&lt;/em&gt; PTS yang membuat kerja-kerja &lt;em&gt;packing&lt;/em&gt; dan &lt;em&gt;shipment&lt;/em&gt;, yang ditanya jika buku lambat sampai ke kedai-kedai buku). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Masing-masing kumpulan menerima porsi yang ditetapkan. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Setiap bulan, pegawai-pegawai &lt;em&gt;credit contoller&lt;/em&gt; PTS mengutip hutang dari kedai-kedai buku, para pengedar dan kontraktor. Sebahagian daripada hutang yang dikutip itu diambil supaya dibahagi-bahagikan sebagai komisen kepada SEMUA TimPTS. Wang komisen itu dibayarkan pada tarikh 15 haribulan setiap bulan.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Komisen yang mereka terima datang secara langsung daripada hasil jualan dan hutang yang dikutip. Semakin cantik buku-buku PTS, semakin laku buku PTS, semakin banyak buku terjual, semakin cepat buku dihantar ke kedai, semakin banyak hutang dapat dikutip, maka hasilnya semakin banyak komisen yang mereka SEMUA terima setiap bulan.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Prinsip ini selaras dengan maksud ayat Quran yang bermakna: "Kamu mendapat apa yang kamu usahakan." &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nota&lt;/strong&gt;: Selain komisen bulanan, PTS juga membayar bonus kepada SEMUA TimPTS.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: right;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Baca buku2 keluaran PTS di &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-weight: bold; She lost her marketing job at a technology company near San Francisco in April and since then has been working for free for about five hours a week for Internet company Jobnob.com.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span id="midArticle_3"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;       &lt;p&gt;"Every company has thousands of people applying for each job, and I realized I needed more appeal," said Lin, a graduate of Cornell University. Since being laid off, she has applied unsuccessfully for about 50 jobs.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span id="midArticle_4"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;       &lt;p&gt;"In some cases companies might be getting the better end of it (by having unpaid workers)," she said. "But it's nice to have something occupy yourself with and when speaking to prospective employers it's nice to say 'I haven't just been sitting around all day, I've actually been doing something.'"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span id="midArticle_5"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;       &lt;p&gt;It's not only the unemployed taking on free work. Besides being well-educated, the median age of company founders in this sample when they started their companies was 40 years old, while the majority were married (69.9%) with at least one child (59.7%) as start-up founders.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;The study, which surveyed 549 founders of “successful businesses in high-growth industries,” warns that the research from such a relatively small sample size cannot be generalized to the entire population. However, the Kauffman Foundation, whose mission is to promote entrepreneurship, said the findings may ”provide some clues about what conditions might be helpful in supporting entrepreneurs and helping them become successful.”&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;The study found that 71.5% of respondents came from middle-class backgrounds, while 21.8% said they came from upper-lower-class families. Less than 1% have extremely rich or extremely poor backgrounds.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;As for the primary motivation for starting their companies, the entrepreneurs in the survey indicated overwhelmingly (74.8%) that they desired to build wealth. Nearly as important to these entrepreneurs with regards to starting up a business was “capitalizing on a business idea,” as 68.1% of respondents selected this factor. Sehinggakan inbox atau peti emel sudah mencapai tahap maksima. Setiap emel yang dihantar pelanggan tertolak semula atau bounce kepada pengirim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Emel yang didaftar sudah lama tidak disemak. Meskipun inbox masih mempunyai kapasiti yang mencukupi, tetapi akaun itu dibatalkan serta merta apabila ia tidak disemak melepasi tempoh minima yang ditetapkan oleh pengendali. Sesetengah pengendali memberi tempoh sebulan atau pun tiga bulan kepada pemilik emel bagi menyemak inbox.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Emel yang didaftar pada pengendali yang mematikan sistem emel. Kebiasaannya ia berlaku pada pengendali emel percuma selain daripada pengendali yang mempunyai perkhidmatan enjin carian atau search engine seperti Google. Akibatnya seluruh e-mel yang diterima dan dibalas dipadamkan dan sistem ditutup tanpa apa-apa notis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Emel yang didaftar dan yang tercatat pada kad perniagaan atau pada mana-mana risalah perniagaan adalah berbeza sama sekali. Ini disebabkan kesalahan ejaan pada emel yang dinyatakan. Ini menyebabkan pelanggan tidak dapat menghubungi peniaga kerana kesilapan ejaan emel. In the first 33 years, I had five local maids – three Malays, one Chinese and one Indian – who worked for between three and nine years. &lt;p&gt;Most of them left because their parents thought it was time they got married. We still have warm and close contact with four of them; one sadly has passed away.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Now we have an Indonesian maid who has completed her 17th year with us and we had her permit renewed for the 18th year.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Could all this be just sheer good luck? I personally feel that it cannot be. I strongly feel an employer has to have or practice certain basic human principles of life in order to achieve this so called “good luck”.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;My recipe? I am firm, definite, clear, positive and yet friendly with them. I never nag. I am very patient with them, I keep teaching them in a very positive, interesting, encouraging, and cordial manner.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I get to see results, at times excellent results.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I keep close watch on their health; it could be just a headache, stomach ache or flu. Simple medication and rest will be given. If things do not clear up, I take them to the clinic, if it lingers, I take them to the specialist.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I pay them very regularly; a hadith says, “pay your worker before his sweat dries”. I allow them to keep their own money, shopping together and buying what they like.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I make a point to trust them and I always tell them to be frank with me, to tell me if they want to leave me.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Finally, I strongly believe in human feelings. Respect them, show you care for them, see to their ups and downs, share their family joys and sorrows. I am always with them.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We definitely need to give some special time of ours to them. We do not lose anything, but instead will benefit. Yet every industry and every organization has people who simply do not produce work in the quality that they are capable of providing. That can create costly problems for a manager.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leaders often miss the mark when trying to ramp up employee productivity. Let’s debunk some motivational myths.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;1. Money motivates&lt;/span&gt;. Of course, if you pay some enough money, they will do almost any job. And when you give bonuses to reward past behavior, the recipients are usually very happy (unless they were expecting a larger bonus).  The staff does a better job following the glow that accompanies added money.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, studies find this happiness is short-lived. Within six months, individuals have difficulty recalling that bonus and it does not seem to have the same impact it did within the first few weeks or months of receiving it. That’s because money, in and of itself, will not continuously motivate individuals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It’s the recognition and status that are the true motivators for the increased output.  Take for example, the high tech salesperson who sold more product than anyone else in the department. The boss rewards that employee with a bonus. Everyone knows who the bonus recipient is, and she is proud of her accomplishments--the high earner gains recognition from colleagues and clients. Recognition and status are two key sources of motivation. So while money can serve to motivate, its effects are often short term at best.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What should you do? Set up situations that allow the employee to feel a sense of accomplishment.  Employees respond most to opportunities for achievement, recognition, growth, job enrichment and job enlargement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2. Just keep them happy&lt;/span&gt;. Employers often go to great lengths to keep their employees happy--some offer game rooms; others have phones with free long-distance access. The theory here is that if we can keep the employees happy during their break time, it will translate into increased motivation and productivity. Unfortunately, this is not very effective.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Employees actually enjoy their break times, look forward to them, and may even linger during them. But the satisfaction found during the break times does not necessarily translate into better or higher quality job performance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;3. Ignore Conflict&lt;/span&gt;. Few people, especially in the professional world, enjoy conflict. Most bosses and employees alike would rather “let something go” or “sweep it under the rug” than make an issue out of it. Too many managers are concerned about being liked that they don’t fulfill their responsibilities to catch problems quickly. Not addressing an employee’s problematic behavior doesn’t help any one.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;4. Some people just aren’t motivated&lt;/span&gt;. This is a very common misconception. Everyone is motivated--but for different reasons. Walking through the offices, the manager may see someone playing computer games or sending personal email, this could be seen as the individual is not motivated because he’s not attending to the job tasks. But that may not be entirely correct.  At that moment, the “aimless” employee is motivated, perhaps even highly motivated. But that motivation is not work directed, nor is it productive for the company.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The challenge here is for the leader to discover what actually motivates that employee and match up those elements with the worker’s job description. (This point also assumes that the employee is worth keeping.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;5. Smart employees don’t need to be motivated&lt;/span&gt;. Being “smart” carries an important cachet in American society. Everyone wants to have smart people working for them because these people are quick to learn, adapt and produce. Employers may erroneously believe that they don’t need to spend much time or attention on these staffers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unfortunately, intelligence and self-motivation do not necessarily go hand-in-hand. There are plenty of smart employees who haven’t been able to find out just what motivates them personally; they tend to get bored or frustrated easily. The result is a lack of interest and a lack of productivity.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what does an employer do? A smart employer creates the atmosphere that allows and encourages the employee to be motivated.
